License Purchase Agreement
By purchasing and downloading this track, you (the "Licensee") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, the Artist grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the music in your personal or commercial projects. This includes YouTube videos, podcasts, social media, advertising, and indie films.
2. Mandatory Credit Requirements
You must provide clear credit to the Artist in the description, metadata, or end credits of any project where the music is used.
Standard Credit Format:
"Music: [Insert Your Artist Name] - [Insert Song Title]"
3. Permitted Uses
Unlimited use in digital media and online video.
Background music for live streams or podcasts.
Use in commercial advertisements and corporate presentations.
Synchronization with visual media (Film, TV, Games).
4. Prohibited Uses
No Resale: You may not sell, lease, or redistribute the music file itself as a standalone product (e.g., selling it on stock music sites).
No "Art Tracks": You may not upload the track to streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) under your own name.
No Content ID: You may not register the music (or any project containing the music) with any "Content ID" or fingerprinting service, as this interferes with the Artist’s rights.
No Remixing for Sale: You may not create "derivative works" (remixes or new songs using these tracks) and sell them as your own without a separate "Master Use" agreement.
5. Ownership
The Artist retains 100% of the copyright and ownership of the original musical composition and sound recording. This purchase is for a usage license, not a transfer of copyright.
